Who is responsible

This website is run by InsurTech For Good OÜ (registry code 17077018, Tallinn, Estonia), which trades as Andres Lehtmets Advisory. It is the data controller for the personal data described below. For any question about your data, write to andres@andreslehtmets.com.

What I collect and why

Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is stored by Buttondown, the service that sends the newsletter. I use it only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to delete your address at any time.

Contact form. If you send a message, your name, email and message are delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms. I use them only to reply to you.

Analytics and cookies. With your permission, the site uses Google Analytics to see which pages are read and how visitors find them. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) and collects data such as pages visited, approximate location and device type. I do not use it to identify individual visitors or for advertising. Google Analytics only starts after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Reject", no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your own browser, and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard technical server logs.

Sharing

I do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the service providers named above, which process it on my behalf.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. Write to me at the address above. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
